I had some trouble setting this player up using analog connections and I called Panasonic. (Their customer service for Plasma TV's is great). Customer service for Blu Ray players at Panasonic is horrible. They could not help me and on two separate occasions promised they would call me back at a certain time-I rushed home from my office- and they never called. Eventually I figured out what to do-with no help from them. Player seems fine but if you are using analog connections because your receiver does not have an HDMI input make sure you are comfortable setting this up on your own.
